Our mission is to empower individuals spiritually, emotionally, educationally, and socially through outreach, mentorship, leadership development, community programs, and faith-centered support.
While our ministry focuses on spiritual encouragement, worship, prayer, and personal transformation, our nonprofit initiatives focus on youth development, mentorship, education, family support, community engagement, and outreach programs.

Our Lead Pastor — Ronald J. Wilson
Ronald J. Wilson is the Founder of Transformation Empowerment Center (TEC), a faith-driven nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and helping people transform their lives through hope, leadership, and spiritual growth.
With a passion for community impact and spiritual development, Ronald founded TEC with the vision of creating a safe and empowering space where individuals can discover purpose, rebuild their lives, and grow into strong leaders within their communities. His leadership is rooted in faith, compassion, and a deep belief that transformation is possible for everyone.
Ronald’s mission is centered on helping people overcome challenges, develop leadership skills, and experience personal and spiritual growth. Through TEC, he works to establish programs, outreach initiatives, and community partnerships that provide encouragement, mentorship, and opportunities for people to thrive.
As a visionary leader, Ronald believes in building a movement that ignites hope, empowers people, and transforms communities. His dedication to service and leadership continues to inspire others to rise, rebuild, and walk boldly in their purpose.
