YOUTH MENTORSHIP
TEC Youth Mentorship provides guidance, encouragement, and positive leadership for young people through one-on-one mentorship, life-skills support, and personal development opportunities designed to help youth build confidence, purpose, and direction for their future.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Our leadership development initiatives help youth strengthen communication, teamwork, decision-making, and character-building skills through workshops, mentorship experiences, and community engagement opportunities that prepare future leaders for success.
WORKFORCE READINESS
TEC helps prepare youth and young adults for future careers through workforce readiness support, professional development, interview preparation, resume-building assistance, and exposure to career and entrepreneurship opportunities.
TEC is committed to strengthening communities through outreach initiatives, family support efforts, volunteer opportunities, and programs designed to uplift underserved neighborhoods across Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Founder & Executive Director
Ronald J. Wilson is the Founder and Executive Director of Transformation Empowerment Center (TEC), a faith-based nonprofit committed to empowering youth, restoring communities, and helping individuals walk in purpose.
With a strong passion for leadership, service, and transformation, he leads initiatives focused on mentorship, outreach, and community development. His vision is to create lasting impact by equipping individuals and strengthening communities across Baltimore.
Shera Jackson
Secretary / Leadership Team
Shera Jackson serves as a key leader within Transformation Empowerment Center (TEC), supporting organizational development, administration, and community outreach efforts.
She is passionate about helping build a strong foundation for impactful programs that empower youth, strengthen families, and support underserved communities. Through her leadership and dedication, Shera plays an important role in helping advance TEC’s mission and vision throughout the community.

Trustee / Leadership Team
Levone Turner serves as a Trustee and leadership supporter for Transformation Empowerment Center (TEC), helping guide the organization’s mission, outreach efforts, and community initiatives.
Committed to empowerment and positive community impact, Levone supports TEC’s efforts to create opportunities for youth development, mentorship, and leadership growth.
